# Motion Graphics with After Effects NYC (High School)

## Overview

Do you have a passion for design, animation, and motion graphics? Use After Effects to make your own motion graphic designs. In this fun hands-on summer course in NYC, you'll learn how to navigate the After Effects workspace, then dive right into basic animation concepts and processes. From there, the program will move on to more complex techniques like title and text animation, 3D layer animation, and motion tracking.

This course also incorporates AI into the curriculum. AI is increasingly being used to automate and enhance motion graphics workflows, so you'll see how the animation techniques you're learning connect to the way modern content is being created. This summer camp is suitable for complete beginners without previous experience in animation or Adobe After Effects.

Students who attend online must have a PC or Mac with Adobe After Effects installed. Please note that a Chromebook **will not** work for this class.
