You'll begin with the most essential business application, Microsoft Excel, while working through core finance and business concepts. This beginner-friendly program is built for high school and college students interested in finance, business, real estate, and entrepreneurship, and it gives you an advantage in college applications and internships.
In the second half, you'll learn the fundamentals of Python and move into more complex programming tasks, covering data science with Pandas, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn to input, analyze, and graph data.
This course will be held in-person in NYC over the course of three weeks in the summer (10am-4pm each day with one hour for lunch). We also offer this course live online (3 hours per day over two weeks).

Finance & Investing
Learn what moves stock prices and how stocks are valued by investors. In this course, you will learn the essentials of valuation (such as P/E ratios and DCF analysis), financial statements, and fundamentals of stock investing. We will analyze recent earnings releases and valuation multiples of companies such as Google and Apple to provide a framework for fundamental investment research.
Python for Data Science
This course will cover the fundamentals of Python programming and its applications in data science and machine learning. Students will get up and running in Python quickly and be ready to use Python for data analysis projects. AI is also a key part of what you'll explore in this program. Python is the dominant language behind today's AI and machine learning systems, so the data science skills you'll build here sit right at the heart of how AI actually works.
